Joe LaMonica has executive management experience as a President and Vice President managing manufacturing and technology companies. In his first fifteen years of his career, he held positions in fortune 100 companies rising from first level supervisory roles to Vice President of Manufacturing Operations. Joe also held several mission critical positions as Project Manager for major business process and system changes with such companies as Xerox Corporation and Intel.
Joe founded International Manufacturing Services Corporation developing one of the most successful “hands on” consulting firms that specialized in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations. With a proven track record in linking people, process and technology in a multiple of change environments, Joe has successfully developed and implemented change management methodologies for continuous improvement programs in plant operations, business development, corporate strategic planning, TQM, policy and procedure documentation, system requirements analysis, supply chain management and education/training.
Over the past 20 years, Joe has focused on providing professional business process and technology consulting, business optimization programs and a wide range of change management services in multiple industries. He has partnered with several hardware and software service organizations over the years that focus on value added business improvements. Joe has managed global change management processes with engagements in Europe, Asia, South America and North America.
Joe has excellent organizational skills at all levels and is highly professional in personnel interaction and presentation. Joe is a nationally known speaker as a practitioner and consultant in Demand Management, Inventory Management, Material Requirements Planning, Shop Floor Control and Quality Management.
